The Company’s flagship detangling brush, the Wet Brush, is the number one hair brush brand in the professional channel and the fastest-growing hair brush brand in the consumer retail channel. JD was advised in the transaction by Intrepid Investment Bankers.
With nearly 40 years of experience in the hair care category, Mr. Jeff Rosenzweig, founder and CEO of JD Beauty, will continue to lead a highly respected management team with longstanding relationships in the industry.
