Frank Giuliano is a Principal at Topspin Partners and has been with the fund for over five years. Prior to Topspin, Frank began his career at PaineWebber, later UBS Warburg as an Associate Director, where he focused on technology, media, and telecommunications transactions. During this time, Frank executed 15 transactions totaling $3.6 billion, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, M&A assignments, private placements, and convertible debt offerings.

At Topspin, Frank led the investments in Game Trust, DRC Computer, Neopolitan Networks and RockSolid Systems. Frank is a Director of Game Trust, DRC, and RockSolid and serves as an observer on the boards of Security First, Open Access and Neopolitan Networks. He was also closely involved in the acquisition of Cylink by SafeNet and extensively worked with the senior management team of Cylink to identify, facilitate discussions with, and ultimately pitch alternative suitors.
